The American State Bank & Trust Company staff has been very diligent in its efforts to try and keep customers safe and themselves healthy so we can continue to have our lobbies open and to serve the financial needs of the community.
If you are visiting our Main or North office, please delay your in-person visit if you:
- Are currently experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 such as cough, fever, sore throat or breathing difficulties
- Have experienced any of these symptoms in the past 14 days
- Been in close contact with a case or a suspected case of COVID-19 over the past 14 days
- Have been ordered to self-isolate
If you schedule an appointment with a bank staff member, you may be asked these questions prior to your visit.
Masks are not required in our offices, but we appreciate your use of one. We do ask everyone to use the provided hand sanitizer at each entrance to the bank and maintain a social distance of 6 feet where possible. Certain areas of the bank are closed to the public. Please observe the signs posted. Again, we are taking these extra precautions for the safety of our customers and our staff. We also take extra care throughout the day to clean surfaces and are working diligently to stop the spread of COVID-19.
