Deposit checks remotely through the ASBT mobile app 24 hours a day 7 days a week. With a few easy steps and a couple of snapshots of the check, you are able to make same-day deposits (until 5:00pm) – all from your smartphone.

Do your banking on-the-go and get our mobile app today! Search for ‘ASBT Mobile Banking’ in the App Store or Google Play Store. Then:

  1. Download the App
  2. Log in with your online banking ID and Password
  3. Accept Terms and Conditions
  4. Text Message Alerts-Yes
  5. Enter mobile number
  6. Select wireless provider (mobile provider)
  7. Enroll

How do I sign on to ASBT Mobile Banking? 

Enter the same User ID and Password you use to access Online Banking.

Not enrolled in online banking?

 
To use ASBT Mobile Banking you must have an active Online Banking account.  A online banking account may be opened at any American State Bank & Trust Company location by visiting with a Customer Service Representative or you may apply online at www.asbt.com.

Is there a fee for ASBT Mobile Banking? 


There is no fee for ASBT Mobile Banking.  There may be additional data costs related to accessing the ASBT Mobile Banking app from your mobile device.  Please check with your wireless plan or verify with your wireless carrier.

How do I download the American State Bank & Trust Company Mobile Banking app?

 
An American State Bank & Trust Company app is available for iPhone®, iPad® and Android.  Visit the iTunes Store or Google Play Store online and search for ASBT Mobile Banking.

What accounts are available in mobile banking? 


You can view account balances for the account that are currently available to you through traditional online banking.

How current is the information I see on the Mobile Banking screens? 


The current balance is real time based on transactions completed throughout the day; this may also include cash deposits/withdrawals at the branch, ATM withdrawals, debit card purchases,telephone and online transfers.

How safe is Mobile Banking? 


Customers are required to log into ASBT Mobile Banking with the same User ID and Password combination as Online Banking. Please refer to our Security Page for more steps you should take to ensure the security of your information and protect your privacy when you use your mobile device.

What happens if I lose my smartphone? 


If your phone is lost or stolen, you should contact American State Bank & Trust Company as soon as possible by calling 1-800-486-8173 or 701-774-4100.

Is Bill Pay available with ASBT Mobile Banking? 


Bill Payment payees must be initially set up through traditional online banking.  Once you have set up Bill Payment and created your payees, you may access it and make payments through your mobile device. When adding a new payee, you have to create them through traditional online banking.

Can I transfer funds between accounts?


You can transfer from any eligible checking, money market, savings account you have linked to your profile.  You can transfer money to any eligible checking, money market, savings, and loan accounts.  In cases where account types are IRAs or other restricted products, transfers may not be permitted.

How late in the evening can I make a transfer for the funds to be processed same day? 


The cutoff time is 6:00 CST for a transfer to be considered on the current business day.
