American State Bank & Trust Co. of Williston has committed to the “Grand Slam” Club donation level with a donation of $10,000 for the 14-year-old Babe Ruth World Series to be held in Williston in August of 2022. Tournament Chairman Larry Grondahl accepted the first installment of the donation. “American State Bank is proud to support this great tournament that brings families from around the US to our great community and gives us the chance to showcase all that Williston has to offer,” Hanson said. “ASB supported these national tournaments at the top level when Williston hosted the events in 2003, 2013 and 2016. The countless hours of work by community volunteers and the support of area businesses continue to make these great events happen,” he added.
